While meals are not included in any of our packages, you can add more time to your trip and schedule a stop so that you may have a meal. (Some of the venues even have food trailers available on weekends.) The extra charge is based on the type of vehicle used for your trip and the amount of additional time. For example, if your trip was in one of our High-Top Vans … the additional charge would be $95 (plus tax and minimum tip) per hour.

Yes. You may eat and drink on any of our vehicles.

Absolutely no Styrofoam, glass or bad attitudes.

For our group tours, we go out in roomy vans that could seat 12 people, but our groups have a maximum size of 8 people. If there are only 2 people on the tour, we go out by car. All our vans and cars have air conditioning and heating, meaning that you will have a pleasant trip regardless of the season.

Generally, our private trips depart @ 10:00 AM and @ 12:30 PM. The private trip experience is normally about 5.5 hours long from the time we pick you up at your hotel or airbnb till the time we drop you off. The actual float time takes about 3 to 3.5 hours (depending on river current conditions).

For all PRIVATE trips, If you cancel the reservation within 7 days before the pickup date, 50% of the total balance is non refundable, and any difference between the 50% amount and any payments already made will be automatically charged to the card on file or paid by the customer. If you cancel within 48 hours before pickup date, 100% of the total balance is non refundable, and any remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file or paid by the customer. For all PUBLIC trips, if a customer cancels the reservation 48 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE from the scheduled pickup time, 100% IS REFUNDABLE. If a customer cancels WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICKUP TIME, 100% IS NON REFUNDABLE.
