Booking and Reservation Changes:

If you need to revise your booking, please reply to the confirmation email, or call or text us at (512) 814-7439.

Passenger count: There is no penalty for adding passengers, but you can only reduce the passenger count up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup time. This is when we dispatch vehicles and drivers, so no changes can be made inside this window.

If you need to make changes to passenger count or any other details, please respond to the confirmation email to ensure we maintain an accurate written request history. While there’s no penalty for changing the number of passengers, please note that changes may affect vehicle availability and could require adjustments to your pick-up time.

No refunds will be issued for changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Policy:

Private Trips:

* If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled pickup, 25% of the total balance is non-refundable.

* If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled pickup, 50% of the total balance is non-refundable.

* If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, 100% of the total balance is non-refundable.

Any remaining balances owed will be automatically charged to the card on file or must be paid by the customer at the time of cancellation.

Public Trips:

* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 100% refund.

* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

Overtime Policy:

* Hourly rates apply after a 15-minute courtesy window beyond the scheduled drop-off time. Overtime rates (before tip and fees) are as follows:

Vehicle Use and Responsibility:

* Mechanical breakdowns: The company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns while on charter but will make arrangements for alternative transportation.

* Damage to vehicles: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including by the client or their party members.

* A minimum fee of $350 will be charged for carpet or seat burns, or required sanitation cleaning due to bodily fluids.

* Alcohol consumption by minors and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines or violations will be the responsibility of the customer.

* The driver has the authority to terminate the trip without refund if there is blatant indiscretion or disruptive behavior by the client(s).

* Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

* Standing in a moving vehicle is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns, including sudden stops and other potential hazards.

* Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time for hourly trips and after 15 minutes for tours with a fixed duration.

* We are not responsible for delays or trip terminations caused by weather or unsafe road conditions.

* Personal belongings: We are not responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle.

* Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity for safety reasons.

Taxes & Fees:

A 20% was added to your final bill, which includes, administrative fees, and taxes. Balances are due 2 days before the scheduled pickup date.

Tubing Policy:

* Private tubing groups will receive a cooler setup (cooler, cooler tube, and ice). One cooler setup is provided for every 6 people. Each cooler can fit up to 40 cans with ice. Additional coolers can be added for $28 (please request at least 1 day before your scheduled pickup).

* We do not provide lockers. Please bring only what you need: bathing suits and drinks. Glass and Styrofoam are prohibited; cans only.

* If you leave items in the vehicle, we recommend placing them in a single large bag (a trash bag works great) to reduce the chance of items being forgotten or left behind.

* We are not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or stolen. Do not bring valuables, IDs, or jewelry.

* Items to avoid: Anything you wouldn't want to lose. The river will take anything that sinks.

* Pro Tip: Water shoes (like Chacos) and sunblock are recommended.

Tubes not returned will incur a $60/tube charge.
Coolers not returned will incur a $50/cooler charge.

Wine/Brewery/Distillery Tours:

* You are welcome to bring food and drinks in the vehicle for your tour.

* We will provide an itinerary to help manage your time at each venue. If you wish to extend your visit at any venue, please let us know in advance. Please note that missing scheduled reservations may result in venues refusing further service.

* If your group exceeds the allotted time, overage charges will apply, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate (listed above).

*Venues have the right to refuse service to disruptive or intoxicated guests. While it is legal to transport intoxicated individuals, it is illegal to serve alcohol to someone who appears intoxicated.
